immediately after posting i began to have problems :) hopefully im just screwing it up try blowing yourself the same direction as the trolls too. Either you get credit or you don't, you just have to keep trying, in which case a quests mechanics which should only take 10 minutes will sometimes take twice or thrice that time, sometimes though, you will get lucky and get credit completely. first go to the Entrance to the beach at 33, 42 - behind and to the right (if looking at the map) to Voltarus. Now the only way to do this quest in any reasonable amount of time, is to have your abomination try to aggro as many of the trolls as possible. If you're like me, you're inclined to madly spam skills in the hope of getting them exactly when the cooldown is up.Comment by 434705My take on this is that you must kill trolls that have not spawned in the area that you have recently killed in. Comment by 17418As of last patch this quest seems to be fixed, I've done it on four different characters till now each having a frustrating time, when I tried it on my warrior at the time of writing i have currently killed 36 trolls and got credit for all of them.Comment by 554658Alright, after blowing up 11 consecutive abominations and getting absolutely no credit, I finally figured out exactly what it is that causes you to get credit or not.
